1. Susan Scafidi

Susan Scafidi is an American lawyer, legal scholar, advocate, nonprofit executive, and commentator. The first professor to offer a formal course on fashion law at a U.S. law school, she is the founder and president of the Fashion Law Institute, a nonprofit organization located at the Fordham University School of Law in New York City.

2. Annabelle Gaubert

Annabelle Gauberti is a solicitor of England and Wales, as well as an avocat à la Cour, French-qualified lawyer. She focuses her practice on providing legal services, on either contentious or non-contentious matters, to companies and individuals working in the creative industries in general, and the luxury goods, fashion, music, motion picture, television, Internet, multimedia sectors in particular.

3. Uduak Oduok

Ms Uduak is a solicitor of the United States, a Partner and Co-Founder of Ebitu Law Group, P.C. whose practise areas include contract drafting and negotiations, business litigation, intellectual property, fashion, and entertainment law.

4. Ariele Elia

Ariele Eliaassistant curator of Costume and Textiles, Museum at the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT); has curated or co-curated a number of exhibits including: “Faking It: Originals, Copies, and Counterfeits,” “Fashion and Technology,” and “Global Fashion Capitals.” Currently, she is co-curated “Black Fashion Designers,” set to open in December 2017. Elia has lectured at Oxford, NYU, Eyebeam, and the University of Rhode Island. Her essay, “The Wardrobe of the Modern Athlete: Activewear in the 1930s” was published in the book Elegance in an Age of Crisis: Fashion of the 1930s.

5. Julie Zerbo  

Julie Zerbo is a lawyer, and the founder and editor-in-chief of The Fashion Law, an independent source of objective fashion law and business analysis. She has been profiled by the Wall Street Journal, Reuters, MTV, and NBC, and has been cited by publications including the New York Times, the Economist and Vogue publications worldwide, among others. She maintains a byline with the New York Times and is on the board of New York Law School’s Fashion Law Initiative.

6. Sandi Simons

Sandi Simons undertakes a wide variety of commercial litigation, including arbitration. She has a wide-ranging experience in taking cases to trial, she also has significant experience in both bringing and defending applications for injunctive relief. She is also experienced in resolving disputes through alternative dispute resolution, providing clients with clear and strategic advice from the outset. Sandi is the co-head of the multi-disciplinary retail group. She has extensive knowledge and experience in all areas of the media and entertainment industry and advises a number of the Firm’s interactive entertainment, music, publishing, theatre, film and television clients.

7. Erdem Eren  

Erdem Eren is the founder and CEO of FashionLawInstitute Istanbul (Moda Hukuku Enstitüsü), Turkey’s one and only institution about fashion law. At the same time, Erdem Eren is the founding partner of Brandcared, Turkey’s first and only fashion management company based in New York and Paris.  After completing his undergraduate studies at Bilkent University Faculty of Law, Erdem Eren studied at the Galatasaray University in Economic Law Masters (LL.M.), and in Paris at the Institut Supérieur Européen de la Mode in Fashion Management and Marketing. After establishing his own law firm, he started to provide legal advice to leading companies in the fashion design, textiles and apparel industries. He has been a speaker and coordinator at national and international conferences and symposiums on fashion and fashion law issues. Erdem Eren is counselling on FashionLaw, intellectual property, commercial law, contract law and provides legal consultancy and training services in the fashion and design sectors together with professional experts in the field.

8. Glen Atchison

Glen Atchison is a solicitor in the united kingdom and advises ultra-high and high-net-worth individuals, family offices and trusts on the UK and international tax and succession planning, establishing tax-efficient planning, asset protection and succession structures. He also advises on international asset recovery. Glen’s client base is highly diverse, ranging from those involved in the financial sectors and funds to those in the technology, media and entertainment industries.

9. Brittany Rawlings

Rawlings heads the firm’s Fashion law department and is an active member of the Entertainment and Sports law division of the firm. Rawlings founded and successfully grew her high fashion accessories company, B.RAWLINGS while graduating cum laude from law school in 2010. Brittany Rawlings, awarded as a “Rising Star” Scholarship Recipient from the Broward County Women Lawyer’s Association in 2010, is a litigator, business owner, and real estate sales associate. Honoured as Gen Art’s Fresh Face in Fashion Accessory Designer of 2010, B.RAWLINGS has since been acclaimed by international Vogue publications, Allure Magazine and People Magazine is carried in Bloomingdales-Santa Monica, and has jewelled celebrities Lindsay Lohan, Tyra Banks, and E! TV’s News host, Giuliana Rancic.  Rawlings specializes in the field of entertainment, corporate and fashion law. Rawlings was recently awarded Miami’s Power 30 Under 30 and Business Leader Magazine’s Women Extraordinaire in 2011. Ms Rawlings is a member of Young Women Lawyers, Women Who Launch, Florida Association of Women Lawyers, and the Florida Bar Entertainment, Arts and Sports Law.

10. May Delaney

May Delaney advises on both onshore and offshore private client issues including wills, trusts, and estate planning. May spent part of her training contract working in-house for the multi-family office arm of an independent investment group in London and has particular experience advising these clients.
